DESCRIPTION
AmroK is above all an authors/composers/interpreters duo who have been creating and giving concerts in France and Europe with there own repertoire for many years. Trip-hop électro-acoustic jazz chanson, here is the explosive cocktail recipe of this incredible band. Amrok's creativity is continuously renewed by there free approach of their songs, both in the pure interpretation as well as in the improvisations that the music inspires them. The duo also have fun revisiting international songs, jazz standards and french songs they love in a very personal way, using, as for there own songs, all there musical range without style limits, from orchestral electro-pop to intimiste vocal/piano.
Whatever repertoire they perform, personal or covers : no difference. AmroK creates and plays the two with the same artistic involvement and the two match very well.
It's yours to decide the kind of performance you would like for your event by choosing either a concert of AmroK's original songs or covers, or even a mix of both. Otherwise you can let yourself be surprised and leave it to the band to choose...

Sabine Chambers is a singer with a powerful and very emotional voice who sings the duo's repertoire with great intensity and an extremely wide vocal range. She also enriches the band's sound spectrum playing different sorts of percussions (cymbales, djembe, shakers, kalimba...)
Piano / Beat box / Electro
Christophe Duffaut creates a rich and bewitching musical universe through both intimist as well as orchestral atmospheres with his pianistic and electro performances. Musical universe continuously renewed by the loops he creates live and his piano and electro improvisations.
TECHNICAL NEEDS :
. A plug near the stage for the instruments.
. For any outdoors concert, a covered stage.
. *Over 50 people, provide the band with a sound system.
. In any case, provide the band with lights, if you wish.
. The duo brings its own keyboard. However, if you have a TUNED acoustic piano, don't hesitate to mention it and the band will be very happy to use it, if the piano is in the stage area.
. If possible, a room as artists dressing room.
. A fix high stool or a chair.
. 2 meals or snacks and drinks.
